I come from a long line of realtors. My mother, grandfather and uncles were all brokers. In my family, houses were always being previewed, bought and sold.

Before I started my real state career I was an Emmy award winning television producer at King 5 TV (Evening Magazine)and KCTS TV (KCTS Connects).

My husband is an architect and we have always looked at homes. We bought our 1914 Sunset Hill home in 1995 and raised our three children there. We have lived in Ballard for over 20 years.

I work full time, know the contracts, understand how to price your home, can negotiate straightforward and complicated transactions and get your purchase or sale closed. I am busy, but never too busy for referrals.
